About Beau

Since graduating from Ashmead College, School of Massage – Vancouver WA Campus in 2005, obtaining my licensure in WA & OR, and becoming a Certified Aromatherapist, I began working part-time as a massage therapist in the evenings while my day-time job was working in an accounting office in a medical facility. I eventually made the leap of faith by letting go of my accounting day job and by the fall of 2007 have been working full time providing massage therapy and essential oils treatments in my massage clinic (White Dragon Therapies) as well as in other facilities.

I earned my diploma from Institute of Integrated Aromatherapy July 2011. I am really excited about these credentials and am happy to be offering integrated aromatherapy counseling and essential oil remedies to assist with natural/alternative health care options.  I love providing massage and essential oils treatments. It brings instant gratification to me to be able to help others achieve a better and higher level of health, wellness and quality of life be it through relaxation (stress relief), pain management, health improvement or wellness education.

I incorporate the use of Young Living’s Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils with a variety of raindrop technique  customize the treatment session according to each individual’s needs for optimum results.

Please watch this short video about Young Living Essential Oils. It explains why I choose Young Living Essential Oils for my massage therapy treatments. Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are the only ones that heal the body.

In the fall of 2013, I moved back to Southern Oregon, (Myrtle Creek) set up my massage practice just as it was in Portland and soon after, began working on establishing a green medicinal herb garden [non-cannibis for those with inquiring minds] so that I could start to grow, harvest, and dry herbs to make remedies the old fashioned way like back when my granny was raising her family.  All the while I was nurturing the garden I was also stocking the essential oil room.  By November 2018, I am astonished and kinda proud that the medicinal herb garden is producing and I have a very well stocked dried herb collection with which to make remedies as needed, the essential oils are very well stocked and now I am beginning to get the herbal remedies on the shelves as I get them bottled and labeled.  I have an Herb/Oil/Medicine room along with the massage treatment room!  Seeing my dream come to fruition is a very fine accomplishment, indeed.  Now….. I’m always thinking of “what can I add to this to make it better?”

As of the end of the 2020 year, I am retiring from the massage therapy portion of White Dragon Therapies and will continue with the essential oils treatments, aromatherapy and the natural herbal remedies.

I am often asked about why/how I chose the name White Dragon Therapies as my business name.  Please click here to get to The story of the White Dragon.
